I have jumped full on onto the energy bite bandwagon..if that is such a thing? They are the perfect little snack for those mid-afternoon cravings or a quick bite while on the run. And for the most part, they’re kid friendly! I just had to tell my four year old nephew it was a cookie but in the shape of a ball and he was all for it. Oh, did I also mention picky husband friendly too!! But the best part – they are so quick and easy to make!
I’ve been enjoying having a container in my fridge for a quick grab. I started making them up on Sunday afternoons so we can have them on hand throughout the week. Now, I’m just looking for new and delicious flavours and I think I might have just found a new favourite – Nutella energy bites!
Where are all my Nutella lovers at?? I love Nutella, I mean eat-it-straight-from-the-jar-kind of love! I find it also does the job of satisfying those chocolate cravings so I knew these Nutella bites would be perfect for a little pick me up throughout the day. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!!
